We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

3 years of restaurant, entertainment, golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant Manager role in the hospitality industry.

High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills

• Ability to work with and lead a team of servers, food runners, and busser.

• Energy and enthusiasm a must.

• A high level of self-awareness, and development of a positive culture,

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications needed to manager a bar and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Front of House (FOH) Manager will lead our team in providing best-in-class, superstar-level service with the focus on the guest’s culinary experience.

• Assistant FOH Manager also have general operational responsibilities related to running the venue, opening/closing, managing shifts, scheduling, etc.

• Additionally, the FOH Manager may be responsible for overseeing other specific areas on the entertainment side of the business.

• The Assistant FOH Managers works closely the Front of House Manager to hire, train, and schedule team members.

• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service on a daily basis

• Coach and develop the team and drive guest engagement

• Uphold operating procedures and service and safety standards, especially Guest Satisfaction

• Ensure all Guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently

• Delegate tasks to lead trainers to ensure the team has the tools needed to successfully succeed at their jobs.

• Work to maximize profit and revenue

• Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager
